Forward the email

The client already told you the scope and the price — in the email. Forward it (or the PDF quote) to your private address. That's the entire workflow.

We extract client, line items, rates, currency, and terms, and reply with a branded PDF plus a Stripe payment link. Wrong rate? Reply “make it $2,600 net-15” — it regenerates.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes 3 invoices per month with a small "Powered by MailToInvoice" footer. Pro is $12/month (or $99/year) for unlimited invoices, payment reminders, and custom numbering.
Does the invoice go straight to my client?
No — you always receive the draft first. You forward it to your client yourself or click send once you've checked it. Nothing is ever sent to a client without your explicit OK.
What happens to my emails?
Forwarded emails are processed by an AI model to extract the invoice details, and the resulting invoice is saved to your account. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never touch card numbers. Full details are in our privacy policy.
